To ensure a smooth and organized visit, the agency has laid out specific procedures that must be initiated through the Nusuk platform. Visitors will receive comprehensive guidance in multiple languages, simplifying the visitation process into easy-to-follow steps.

Once a reservation is made through the application, visitors will receive an appointment confirmation message. Furthermore, a timely reminder will be sent 24 hours before the visit date, prompting visitors to either confirm or cancel their appointment. The barcode provided will only be valid during the specified time, ensuring optimal management of visitor flow.

Upon arrival at the courtyards of the Prophet's Mosque, visitors will be directed by guidance screens towards designated entrances for their visit.
