India and Saudi Arabia Successfully Conclude 'SADA TANSEEQ' Joint Military Exercise

12-Day Exercise Showcases Operational Synergy, Highlights Growing Strategic Partnership

Delhi - In a significant display of cooperation and camaraderie, the Indian Army and the Royal Saudi Land Force successfully concluded the first-ever joint military exercise, 'SADA TANSEEQ'. The validation phase of the exercise, held at the Mahajan Field Firing Ranges, was completed on Thursday, marking a milestone in the bilateral defense relations between the two nations.

The 12-day exercise, which took place from January 29 to February 9, aimed to enhance interoperability between the Indian Army and the Royal Saudi Land Force. The exercise focused on familiarizing each other with operational procedures and combat drills in accordance with the United Nations mandate.

The Indian contingent, consisting of the 20th Battalion of The Brigade of Guards Regiment, joined forces with a group of 45 soldiers from the Saudi Arabian contingent. The exercise was conducted in two phases, providing an opportunity for the soldiers to collaborate and learn from each other's experiences.

'SADA TANSEEQ', with its emphasis on achieving interoperability, highlights the growing defense cooperation and mutual understanding between India and Saudi Arabia.
