HRSD Minister approves executive regulations of controlling, organizing inspections

Riyadh: Minister of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) Ahmad AlRajhi approved the executive regulations of controlling and organizing inspections, to replace the previous regulations issued under Cabinet decision No. 246. The new regulations grant inspectors the authority to verify materials used on-site, as well as to inspect various machinery and installations to ensure safe operation. Further, the regulations emphasize providing necessary preventive and health-related measures for workers and verifying the availability of required safety equipment to meet workplace safety and protection standards.
