Abu Dhabi Unveils Instalment Service For Litigation Fees And Lawyer Expenses
ADJD is the first judicial authority in the region to offer such an innovative service

Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) has introduced an instalment service for litigation fees, notary services, and lawyer expenses in the emirate. ADJD is the first judicial authority in the region to offer such an innovative service in cooperation with banks and financing companies.
With this initiative, litigants will be able to pay court fees and subscribe to the services of ADJD, as well as fees for lawyers, experts, notary services, and enforcement-related fees, through easy instalments. The financing firm or bank will then pay the full amount of the service to the judicial department, or the fees to the lawyer on behalf of the person, and then collect the amount through monthly instalments.
According to Abu Dhabi Media Office, these payments may be interest-free or with simple interest over 12 months or less according to the agreement with the company or bank. The service is part of ensuring prompt justice through convenient procedures and a reduced financial burden on litigants.
