Cristiano Ronaldo Launches YouTube Channel

Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo launched his YouTube channel on Wednesday. The channel gathered more than a million subscribers within the first 90 minutes of launch. As of 11 AM on Thursday, the channel has nearly 14 million subscribers and continues to grow at a never-seen-before pace. Notably, the 39-year-old is already among the most followed personalities across social media platforms. 

"The wait is over. My YouTube channel is finally here! SIUUUbscribe and join me on this new journey," wrote the five-time Ballon d’Or winner on his social media accounts on Wednesday. Currently, Cristiano Ronaldo has 112.6 million followers on the X platform. He also has 170 million followers on Facebook and 636 million on Instagram. 

Ronaldo's channel was launched with several engaging videos, including a teaser trailer and a fun quiz game with his partner Georgina Rodriguez. The former Real Madrid player is currently representing the Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr.
