DS Automobiles and PENSKE AUTOSPORT Gear Up for Diriyah E-Prix, Eyeing More Points!

Riyadh - Following a successful race in Mexico, DS Automobiles and their partner PENSKE AUTOSPORT are preparing to bring the two DS E-TENSE FE23 cars to the starting grid for the highly anticipated Diriyah E-Prix, scheduled on January 26-27.

Renowned French driver Jean-Eric Vergne, a two-time Formula E champion, and Belgian racer Stoffel Vandoorne, recently crowned the 2022 champion, will represent the DS PENSKE team.

The Diriyah E-Prix is a trailblazing double-header event on the championship calendar and will exclusively feature night races for Season 10.

The second and third races of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship Season 10 will take place on the 2.5-kilometer Diriyah street circuit, located near the capital city of Saudi Arabia.

Buoyed by an exceptional performance in Mexico, the DS PENSKE team enters the double-header event with great enthusiasm and a clear objective to showcase their performance capabilities.

The star attractions of the event will undeniably be the drivers themselves. With Vergne and Vandoorne as the only two world champion teammates on the grid, their combined talent and expertise will be on full display as they take on the challenging circuit with the DS E-TENSE FE23, expertly developed by DS Performance.

The Diriyah E-Prix races are scheduled for January 26-27, 2024, at 18:00 CET.
