FII 8th Edition To Witness International Deals Worth $28 Billion, Says CEO
The highly anticipated annual conference will take place from October 29 to 31
Future Investment Initiative (FII) Institute CEO Richard Attias announced that the upcoming eighth edition of the FII will showcase global investments, reaching record-breaking figures. The total value of international deals to be revealed is estimated at $28 billion, spanning sectors including food, entertainment, renewable energy, cybersecurity, and sports. The highly anticipated annual conference will take place from October 29 to 31 at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh.
During a press conference on Tuesday, Richard Attias said that this year's edition will include 180 dialogue sessions featuring 600 speakers from both the public and private sectors. The CEO also noted that the initiative aims to drive global dialogue on major issues facing the world today. The FII seeks to ask difficult questions and foster discussions with decision-makers, broadening the scope of dialogues to address critical issues affecting the global economy and society.
Richard Attias also highlighted the role of the FII Institute in driving change, encouraging participation in idea generation and project initiation. The CEO noted that Saudi Arabia's geographical location has made it a hub connecting East and West, North and South. The current edition, which will be held in Riyadh, witnessed 7,000 registrants, including 1,200 pre-determined members. In addition, 3,000 seats were allocated to strategic partners.
