Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah to Host Inaugural Umrah and Ziyarah Forum to Enhance Pilgrim Services

RIYADH: The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah is set to host the first-ever Umrah and Ziyarah Forum at the King Salman International Convention Center in Madinah from April 22-24. The forum, under the patronage of Madinah Gov. Prince Salman bin Sultan, aims to advance pilgrim services and build on the success of a record-breaking 13.55 million Umrah pilgrims visiting the Kingdom in 2023.

This groundbreaking event will serve as a vital platform for dialogue, knowledge exchange, and the unveiling of innovative services and solutions to enhance the overall Umrah experience. The forum will feature interactive workshops, dialogue sessions, discussion groups, and an exhibition showcasing the latest advancements in the sector.

With its primary focus on strengthening local and international connections, fostering collaboration, and forging lasting partnerships, the forum welcomes participants from various fields including government agencies, Umrah operators, hospitality providers, transport and logistics companies, healthcare services, tech and telecom companies, AI pioneers, media outlets, construction firms, travel agents, consumer product suppliers, and financial organizations.

Throughout the three-day event, the Kingdom will showcase its latest initiatives and operational strategies for Umrah, delivering on its commitment to continuously improve services in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
