Dubai RTA Integrates Driving Licenses And Registrations Into Samsung Wallet

Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the integration of driving licenses and vehicle registrations into Samsung Wallet. RTA's new initiative, in cooperation with Samsung Gulf Electronics, aims to ensure an efficient transportation system. 

Samsung users will be able to add their vehicle registration and driving license information directly to their Samsung Wallet through the RTA app. This integration mainly eliminates the need for multiple apps. Additionally, this initiative also provides a centralized platform for managing transportation-related documents. 

Meera Al Shaikh, Director of Smart Services at RTA, said that the partnership highlights the ongoing efforts of RTA to utilize smart technologies and integrate essential services, and added that the integration transforms the management of transportation-related documents. "Through smartphones, we will revolutionize urban mobility and progress towards a digital future, aligning with Dubai's vision of becoming the smartest city in the world," Meera Al Shaikh added.
